Dado que el proceso es participativo, desde ahora se abre un periodo para que la comunidad analice y dé su opinión sobre las recomendaciones realizadas y las repercusiones que podrían tener en su contexto y día a día. Pueden participar sumándose al [https://telegram.me/joinchat/AlQhfUKAYwk9rbJTd9teoA Canal abierto de Telegram] (en español) donde analizaremos el contenido de cada una de las recomendaciones, pueden escribir sus impresiones en las páginas de discusión de cada recomendación (en Meta) y pueden contactar conmigo si necesitan cualquier ayuda o para que resuelva sus dudas sobre este proceso y sus consecuencias. El documento final, con las modificaciones necesarias para dar cabida a todo el feedback que nos puedan aportar desde este momento, deberá ser aprobado por el Board de la Fundación Wikimedia. The Wikimedia Foundation’s Community Development team is seeking to learn more about the way volunteers learn and develop into the many different roles that exist in the movement. Our goal is to build a movement informed framework that provides shared clarity and outlines accessible pathways on how to grow and develop skills within the movement. To this end, we are looking to speak with you, our community to learn about your journey as a Wikimedia volunteer. Whether you joined yesterday or have been here from the very start, we want to hear about the many ways volunteers join and contribute to our movement.
